| Beschreibung: | The study, based on regularly conducted expert surveys, identifies the stratagems of contemporary foreign policy of the ASEAN member countries, analyzes the current state and medium-term prospects of the balance of interests of regional elites. The author summarizes and compares the obtained data and quantitative estimates by the method of, in fact, content analysis to verify official positions and preferences, and in some cases to identify undeclared views of these countries on regional topics. The first part of the article presents the sources and methods, goals, significance and structure of the study. The second one describes the relationship of the ASEAN countries to the leading world powers, and ranks the priorities between them. The third part summarizes the assessment of individual strategic challenges and non-traditional threats to the region, shows the experts' vision of the Association's development tasks and the choice of measures to strengthen regional stability and security. В исследовании на основе регулярно проводимыхэкспертных опросов определены стратагемы современной внешнейполитики стран-членов АСЕАН, дан анализ текущего состояния исреднесрочных перспектив баланса интересов региональных элит.Автор обобщает и сравнивает полученные данные и количественные оценки методом, по сути, контент-анализа для верификацииофициальных позиций и предпочтений, а в ряде случаев для выявления не декларируемых взглядов этих стран по региональной тематике.В первой части статьи представлены источники и методы,цели, значение и структура исследования. Во второй дана характеристика отношения стран АСЕАН к ведущим мировым державам,ранжированы приоритеты между ними. В третьей части приведенаоценка отдельных стратегических вызовов и нетрадиционных угрозрегиону, показаны видение экспертами задач развития Ассоциациии выбор мер по укреплению региональной стабильности и безопасности. |
