В рамках данной статьи рассмотрены основные аспекты пространственно - экономического развития объектов придомовой инфраструктуры, изучены требований предъявляемым к объектам придомовой инфраструктуры со стороны различных субъектов градостроительной деятельности, а также представлены математические модели расчета эффективности для каждого из них. Within the framework of this article, the main aspects of the spatial and economic development of the objects of the adjoining infrastructure are considered, the requirements for the objects of the adjoining infrastructure from the side of various subjects of urban planning activity are studied, and mathematical models for calculating the efficiency for each of them are presented. |
