В статье представлено текущее состояние отдельных этапов обращения с отходами в Российской Федерации, рассмотрены теоретические положения циркулярной экономики, определены принципы циркулярной экономики и их характеристика. На основе принципов циркулярной экономики определены направления развития системы управления отходами. Выделен ряд инструментов, применение которых позволит реализовать переход к циркулярной экономической модели. The article presents the current state of individual stages of waste management in the Russian Federation, examines the theoretical principles of the circular economy, defines the principles of the circular economy and their characteristics. Based on the principles of the circular economy, the directions for the development of the waste management system have been determined. A number of tools have been identified, the use of which will make it possible to implement the transition to a circular economic model. |
