Description: The article analyzes the relationship between the normative provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the actual constitutional order of the country. According to the author, constitutional norms form the main contours of the socio-political, socio-economic, ideological and cultural development of the country. The author believes that the provisions of the 1993 Constitution were imbued with liberal ideology to the detriment of the traditional values of Russian society. The author suggests possible ways to remedy the current situation, which are to strengthen the social vector of the Constitution, develop new formats of digital democracy and involve citizens in the development of the state.
В статье анализируется вопрос о взаимосвязи нормативных установлений Конституции Российской Федерации и фактически сложившегося конституционного строя страны. По мнению автора, конституционные нормы формируют основные контуры общественно-политического, социально-экономического и идейно-культурного развития страны. Автор считает, что положения Конституции 1993 года были пропитаны либеральной идеологией в ущерб традиционным ценностям российского общества. Автором предложены возможные направления для исправления сложившейся ситуации, которые сводятся к усилению социального вектора Конституции, развитию новых форматов цифровой демократии и вовлечению граждан в развитие государства.
