В статье рассматривается деятельность Государственной жилищной инспекции Самарской области и основные показатели ее работы. Авторами выделены проблемы в организации работы органа и несоответствия законодательства. Приведены результаты рейтинга организаций, осуществляющих деятельность по управлению многоквартирными домами на территории Самарской области, по методике ГЖИ Самарской области. Предложены направления применения технологий искусственного интеллекта в деятельность работы надзорного органа. The article examines the activities of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Samara region and the main indicators of its work. The authors highlighted the problems in the organization of the work of the body and inconsistencies of legislation. The results of the rating of organizations engaged in the management of apartment buildings on the territory of the Samara region, according to the methodology of the SHI of the Samara region, are presented. The directions of application of artificial intelligence technologies in the activities of the supervisory authority are proposed. |
