| Beschreibung: | The article explores integration of university resource centers and digital technologies to create a professional portrait of high school students. Modern methods of interaction with high school students are considered, including the use of online platforms and interactive courses that help students identify their interests and skills. The article clarifies the concept of a university resource center and the purpose of its creation. Attention is paid to the use of virtual and augmented reality for modeling the professional environment, which allows students to gain practical experience and better understand various professions. The role of universities in supporting career guidance, their cooperation with educational institutions, enterprises and the impact on an informed choice of profession are discussed. Advantages of digital technologies in increasing the competitiveness of young people in the labor market and their contribution to the formation of future specialists are analyzed. Examples of integration of resource centers and digital technologies in Russia and abroad are described. В статье исследуется интеграция ресурсных центров вузов и цифровых технологий для создания профессионального портрета старшеклассников. Рассматриваются современные методы взаимодействия со старшеклассниками, включая использование онлайн-платформ и интерактивных курсов, которые помогают обучающимся выявить свои интересы и навыки. В статье уточняется понятие ресурсного центра вуза и цели его создания. Уделяется внимание применению виртуальной и дополненной реальности для моделирования профессиональной среды, что позволяет школьникам получить практический опыт и лучше понять различные профессии. Обсуждается роль вузов в поддержке профориентации, их сотрудничество с образовательными учреждениями, предприятиями и влияние на осознанный выбор профессии. Анализируются преимущества цифровых технологий в повышении конкурентоспособности молодежи на рынке труда и их вклад в формирование будущих специалистов. Описаны примеры интеграций ресурсных центров и цифровых технологий в России и за рубежом. |
