В статье рассмотрено понятие бизнес-процесса, его основные характеристики и элементы, а так-же приведены основные виды бизнес-процессов и распространенные подходы к их выделению. Также автором статьи на основе основных характеристик, показателей бизнес-процессов были сформу-лированы основные правила, порядок их выделения на предприятии. The article discusses the concept of a business process, its main characteristics and elements, as well as the main types of business processes and common approaches to their allocation. Also, the author of the article on the basis of the main characteristics, indicators of business processes formulated the basic rules, the order of their allocation in the enterprise. |
