Предметом исследования данной статьи является определение пригодности объекта с фактически выявленными дефектами для дальнейшей безопасной эксплуатации. Оценка проектной документации на соответствие требованиям технических регламентов и строительных норм и правил в Российской Федерации осуществляется через институт строительной экспертизы. Разработка и экспертиза проектной документации и результатов инженерных изысканий являются одними из важнейших этапов реализации инвестиционно-строительных проектов, так как позволяют снизить технические, юридические и финансовые риски руководителя строительства. The subject of this article is to determine the suitability of an object with actually identified defects for further safe operation. Assessment of project documentation for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and building codes in the Russian Federation is carried out through the Institute of Construction Expertise. The development and examination of project documentation and the results of engineering surveys areone of the most important stages in the implementation of investment and construction projects, as they reduce the technical, legal and financial risks of the construction manager. |
