| Popis: | В статье раскрывается актуальность проблемы, связанной с развитием социальной психологии образования и науки как отрасли. Рассматривается сущность социально-психологического подхода к пониманию социальной психологии образования и науки. Анализируются итоги реформ, а также трудности, которые имеют место при реконструкции истории становления, определении понятия, предмета, структуры, функций социальной психологии образования и науки. Поэтому не случайно наиболее важной задачей является создание полноценной теории социальной психологии образования и науки. Без этого невозможно вести речь о повышении эффективности образования. Социальная психология науки составная часть социальной психологии образования и науки. В статье рассматривается динамика научной карьеры в России. Анализируются трудности в профессиональной деятельности современных отечественных ученых и предлагаются пути их преодоления. Предстоит ещё немало сделать как в теоретическом, так и прикладном плане для полного оформления социальной психологии образования и науки как отрасли. This article reveals the relevance of the problem associated with the development of social psychology of education and science as a branch. The article examines the essence of the socio-psychological approach to understanding the social psychology of education and science. It analyzes the results of the reforms, as well as the difficulties that occur in the reconstruction of the history of formation, definition of the concept, subject, structure, functions of social psychology of education and science. Therefore, it is not by chance that the most important task is to create a full-fledged theory of social psychology of education and science. Without this, it is impossible to talk about improving the effectiveness of education. Social psychology of science is an integral part of the social psychology of education and science. This article examines the dynamics of a scientific career in Russia. It analyzes the difficulties in the professional activities of modern Russian scientists and suggests ways to overcome them.There is still a lot to be done, both in theoretical and applied terms, to fully formalize the social psychology of education and science as a branch. |
