Popis: В статье рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся проблем в финансировании региональных высших учебных заведений. Приведена статистика расходов на образование по странам, включая Российскую Федерацию. Проанализирован прогноз контрольных цифр приема на бюджетные места по годам, который выявил тенденцию к снижению бюджетных мест, а значит, и финансирования. Проведен анализ региональных диспропорций в количестве студенческих мест и доступности услуг высшего образования, который показал неравномерный доступ регионов к услугам высшего образования. Выявлены проблемы федерального финансирования региональных вузов и их последствия для страны. The article deals with issues related to the problems in the financing of regional higher education institutions. Statistics on education spending by country, including the Russian Federation, are provided. The forecast of the target figures for admission to budget places by year is analyzed, which revealed a tendency to reduce budget places, and hence funding. The analysis of regional disparities in the number of student places and the availability of higher education services was carried out, which showed uneven access by regions to higher education services. The problems of federal funding of regional universities and their consequences for the country are identified.

Abstrakt:В статье рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся проблем в финансировании региональных высших учебных заведений. Приведена статистика расходов на образование по странам, включая Российскую Федерацию. Проанализирован прогноз контрольных цифр приема на бюджетные места по годам, который выявил тенденцию к снижению бюджетных мест, а значит, и финансирования. Проведен анализ региональных диспропорций в количестве студенческих мест и доступности услуг высшего образования, который показал неравномерный доступ регионов к услугам высшего образования. Выявлены проблемы федерального финансирования региональных вузов и их последствия для страны.
