Сокращение использования наличных денег, рост электронной коммерции и появление частных цифровых валют, побудили центральные банки рассмотреть возможность выпуска своих цифровых валют. В статье освещается вопрос регулирования цифровых валют центральных банков путем изучения практики и соответствующих правил пилотного проекта в Китае. Исследование технического дизайна китайской цифровой валюты центрального банка вызывает необходимость переосмысления традиционных правил защиты личной информации. The decline in the use of cash, the growth of e-commerce and the emergence of private digital currencies have prompted central banks to consider issuing their own digital currencies. The article highlights the issue of regulating digital currencies of central banks by studying the practices and relevant rules of the pilot project in China. The study of the technical design of the Chinese digital currency of the central bank raises the need to rethink the traditional rules for the protection of personal information. |
