| Beschreibung: | The visit of President Yoon Seok-yeol to the United States in April 2023 was a continuation of Seoul's policy to strengthen the strategic partnership with Washington. On the agenda, as well as a year earlier, in May 2022, during the official visit of President Joseph Biden to Seoul, there were issues of economic security, such as cooperation in the semiconductor industry, nuclear technology, the production of batteries for electric vehicles, etc. In turn, the United States welcomed the growth of South Korean investment in the American economy, but does not seek to provide its partners with any favorable conditions for cooperation or exceptions to protectionist laws and export restrictions adopted by the United States in 2022. Состоявшийся в апреле 2023 г. визит президента Юн Сок Ёля в США стал продолжением политики Сеула по укреплению стратегического партнерства с Вашингтоном. На повестке дня, так же, как и годом ранее, в мае 2022 г. во время официального визита президента Джозефа Байдена в Сеул, были вопросы экономической безопасности, такие как сотрудничество в сфере полупроводниковой промышленности, атомных технологий, производства аккумуляторов для электромобилей и др. В свою очередь, США приветствовали рост южнокорейских инвестиций в американскую экономику, но не стремятся обеспечить своим партнерам какие-либо выгодные условия сотрудничества или исключения из протекционистских законов и экспортных ограничений, принятых США в 2022 г. |
