В статье рассматриваются проблемы определения эффективности использования государственной поддержки венчурного бизнеса посредством институтов инновационного развития, их дочерних организаций, венчурных фондов. Дана оценка последним изменениям в законодательстве по соответствующей проблеме. Проведена оценка отдельных показателей деятельности РВК, его дочерних организаций, отдельных венчурных фондов и их управляющих компаний, на основании которой выявлены проблемы и сформулированы направления совершенствования. The article deals with the problems of determining the effectiveness of the use of state support for the venture business through the institutions of innovative development, their subsidiaries, venture funds. The assessment of the latest changes in the legislation on the relevant issue is given. An assessment of individual performance indicators of RVC, its subsidiaries, individual venture funds and their management companies was carried out, on the basis of which problems were identified and directions for improvement were formulated. |
