В статье представлены результаты исследования этапов реформы контрольнонадзорной деятельности в России, названной «регуляторной гильотиной». Автор оценивает построение новой системы надзорного законодательства и его влияние на формирование новых обязательных государственных и муниципальных требований к бизнесу. Проводится анализ количественных и качественных параметров, демонстрирующих влияние регуляторной гильотины на развитие российской экономики. The article presents the results of a study of the stages of the reform of control and supervisory activities in Russia, called the "regulatory guillotine". The author evaluates the construction of a new system ofsupervisory legislation and its impact on the formation of new mandatory state and municipal requirements forbusiness. The analysis of quantitative and qualitative parameters demonstrating the influence of the regulatory guillotine on the development of the Russian economy is carried out. |
