Popis: В статье рассматриваются современное состояние и динамика роста страхового рынка РФ, роль и значение страхования жизни, планируемые изменения страхового законодательства, действия регулятора по эффективному соблюдению принципов риск-ориентированного подхода по надзору, регулированию и дальнейшему развитию отечественного страхового рынка. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы страховыми и финансовыми участниками рынка в процессах разработки и реализации стратегии развития и совершенствования своей деятельности. The article examines the current state and growth dynamics of the insurance market of the Russian Federation, the role and importance of life insurance, planned changes in insurance legislation, the actions of the regulator to effectively comply with the principles of a risk-based approach to supervision, regulation and further development of the domestic insurance market. The results of the research can be used by insurance and financial market participants in the processes of developing and implementing a strategy for the development and improvement of their activities.

Abstrakt:В статье рассматриваются современное состояние и динамика роста страхового рынка РФ, роль и значение страхования жизни, планируемые изменения страхового законодательства, действия регулятора по эффективному соблюдению принципов риск-ориентированного подхода по надзору, регулированию и дальнейшему развитию отечественного страхового рынка. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы страховыми и финансовыми участниками рынка в процессах разработки и реализации стратегии развития и совершенствования своей деятельности.
