В статье рассматривается современное состояние российского фармацевтического рынка. Проводится исследование основных показателей деятельности рынка фармацевтики, анализируется система оплаты труда, на основе статистических данных рассматривается средний уровень зарплаты сотрудников отрасли. Определены факторы, оказывающие влияние на систему мотивации рядовых сотрудников аптеки и заведующих аптеками, разработан алгоритм определения эффективной системы оплаты труда в фармацевтическом сегменте экономки. The article examines the current state of the Russian pharmaceutical market. Study of the main indicators of the pharmaceutical market is analyzed, the pay system is considered, and the average salary level of employees in the industry is considered on the basis of statistical data. The factors that influence the motivation system of ordinary pharmacy employees and pharmacy managers are determined, and an algorithm for determining the effective pay system in the pharmaceutical sector is developed. |
