Beschreibung: The article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and practical issues related to the implementation of additional general education programs in the field of physical culture and sports development, based on the use of popular sports activities, including the game football. In the course of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that football, as a type of sports game, is advisable to use, both as part of the compulsory school curriculum for physical culture from the period of primary school, and when conducting extracurricular sports events, including among younger schoolchildren, since classes in this sport contribute to the achievement of cultural and educational, educational, developmental and recreational goals, the development of motor abilities, the formation of children and youth orientation to a healthy and safe lifestyle, and in general, contribute to the harmonious psychophysical development of the individual. Since football is characterized by the complexity of the technique of technical and tactical training, in order to successfully master this sport, it is necessary to improve the methodology of teaching the game of football, including at the stage of initial training.
Статья посвящена рассмотрению теоретических и практических вопросов, связанных с реализацией дополнительных общеобразовательных программ в области развития физической культуры и спорта, основанных на применении популярных видов спортивных занятий, в том числе игры футбол. В ходе исследования авторы приходят к выводу, что футбол, как вид спортивной игры, целесообразно использовать как в рамках обязательной образовательной школьной программы по физической культуре с периода начальной школы, так и при проведении внеурочных спортивно-массовых мероприятий, в том числе среди младших школьников, так как занятия данным видом спорта способствуют достижению культурно-воспитательных, образовательных, развивающих и оздоровительных целей, развитию двигательных способностей, формированию у детей и молодежи ориентации на здоровый и безопасный образ жизни, в целом содействуют гармоничному психофизическому развитию личности. Поскольку футбол характеризуется сложностью методики технико-тактической подготовки, в целях успешного освоения данного вида спорта необходимо совершенствование методики обучения игре футбол, в том числе на этапе начальной подготовки.
