В статье показаны основные результаты принципиально нового подхода к реализации научно-образовательной политики, проводимой в Республике Башкортостан. Выделены основные проблемы науки и высшего образования, представлены основные стратегические проекты, направленные на эффективную трансформацию научно-образовательного ландшафта региона: создание Евразийского НОЦ мирового уровня, реализация программ развития университетами в рамках проекта «Приоритет-2030», строительство межвузовского кампуса, создание карбонового полигона, участие в федеральном эксперименте по достижению углеродной нейтральности и подачу заявки на создание технологической долины. В статье представлены основные инструменты, которые позволят к 2030 году сделать систему науки и высшего образования в республике одной из лучших в стране и в мире. The article shows the main results of a fundamentally new approach to the implementation of scientific and educational policy pursued in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The main problems of science and higher education are highlighted, the main strategic projects aimed at the effective transformation of the scientific and educational landscape of the region are presented: the creation of a world-class Eurasian REC, the implementation of development programs by universities within the framework of the Priority 2030 project, the construction of an interuniversity campus, the creation of a carbon landfill, participation in a federal experiment to achieve carbon neutrality and filing an application for the creation of a technological valley. The article presents the main tools that will make it possible to make the system of science and higher education in the republic one of the best in the country and the world by 2030. |
