| Popis: | The article considers the topical issues of the Russian language position on Eurasian territory and the security of the Russian language in the framework of such contradictory processes as globalization, information revolution and hybrid war against the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of the study includes such principles of dialectical method as objectivity, historicism, dialectical contradiction and systematicity. In order to determine the degree of security of the Russian language, to find the ways to resist the influence of such deforming factors as the impact of refugees’ and displaced persons’ language, linguistic imperialism, and the English language expansion, as well as to strengthen the status of the Russian language in Eurasia, the authors carry out an analysis of Russian and foreign authors’ researches concerning these issues. To solve the problem of strengthening the position of the Russian language and the enhancement of its socio-cultural influence in the Eurasian territory, such a way as the development of relations between higher educational institutions of the Eurasian educational space is proposed. Статья посвящена актуальным проблемам положения русского языка на территории Евразии и его безопасности в контексте процессов глобализации, информационной революции и гибридной войны против России. Методологической основой исследования послужили основные принципы диалектического метода: объективность, историзм, диалектическая противоречивость и системность. С целью определения степени обеспечения безопасности русского языка и поиска путей противостояния влиянию таких деформирующих факторов, как язык переселенцев, лингвистический империализм и экспансия английского языка, а также укрепления статуса русского языка на евразийском пространстве проведён анализ исследований отечественных и зарубежных авторов. Для решения проблемы укрепления позиций русского языка и усиления его социокультурного влияния на территории Евразии предложен такой путь, как развитие связей высших учебных заведений евразийского образовательного пространства. |
