| Description: | В статье проводится анализ эффективности целевых программ Республики Крым. Определено, что за 2018 год с высоким уровнем эффективности реализовано 7 государственных программ в сфере экономики из 11. Определены факторы, отрицательно влияющие на эффективность применения программно-целевого подхода в регионе. The article analyzes the effectiveness of targeted programs of the Republic of Crimea. It was determined that for 2018, 7 state programs out of 11 were implemented with a high level of efficiency. Factors that negatively affect the effectiveness of the program-targeted approach in the region were identified. |
