Устойчивое управление проектами требует разработки и реализации сбалансированной политики, охватывающей все процессы управления. При этом особую значимость приобретает собственная устойчивость проектов. Сбалансированная политика определяет взаимодействие с заинтересованными лицами исходя из концепции устойчивого развития, в частности с инвесторами, банками, страховыми компаниями на основе устойчивого и ответственного финансирования. Использование устойчивого управления проектами позволяет получить ряд существенных конкурентных преимуществ, способствующих росту дополнительных доходов. Sustainable project management requires the development and implementation of a balanced policy covering all management processes. At the same time, the projects’ own sustainability becomes especially important. A balanced policy defines interaction with stakeholders based on the concept of sustainable development, in particular with investors, banks, insurance companies based on sustainable and responsible financing. The use of sustainable project management allows you to gain a number of significant competitive advantages that contribute to the growth of additional income. |
