| Popis: | In the article considering the problems of criminal procedural regulation of the transferring results of the operative-investigative activity to the criminal proceedings and their consequences. The author presented a set of measures to improve the legal regulation of the relations in question taking into account the harmonization legislation in the area of the operative-investigative activity and the criminal proceedings. Рассмотрены проблемы уголовно-процессуальной регламентации использования ре-зультатов оперативно-розыскной деятельности в уголовном судопроизводстве. Представлен комплекс мер по совершенствованию правового регулирования рассматриваемых отношений с учетом гармонизации оперативно-розыскного и уголовно-процессуального законодательства. |
