The article presents the mechanism of the management system of a world-class scientific and educational center created in the Republic of Bashkortostan, based on a new type of cluster model, including scientific and educational, industrial and technological, spatial and innovative and cultural transformation of the Republic of Bashkortostan into a key agent of the country to ensure the global competitiveness of education, science, business, quality of life and the harmonization of economic and humanitarian ties in Eurasian integration projects, in which the Russian Federation is an active participant. |
