При этом безопасность населения рассматривается в контексте совокупности угроз уровню и качеству жизни населения. Статья написана с целью исследования аспектов обеспечения безопасности населения городского округа «город Орск». В статье дана характеристика состояния в сфере защиты населения городского округа «город Орск». Рассмотрена статистика и причины гибели населения на водоемах. В статье дана характеристика обеспечения пожаробезопасности в городском округе «город Орск». Рассмотрена деятельность органов местного самоуправления по обеспечению безопасности населения. In the Russian Federation, in the formation and implementation of state policy, special attention is paid to the issues of ensuring the safety of the population from emergencies of a different nature. At the same time, the security of the population is considered in the context of a combination of threats to the level and quality of life of the population. The article was written with the aim of studying the aspects of ensuring the safety of the population of the urban district «city of Orsk». The article gives a description of the state in the field of protecting the population of the urban district «city of Orsk». The statistics and causes of death of the population in water bodies are considered. The article describes the characteristics of fire safety in the urban district «city of Orsk». The activities of local governments to ensure the safety of the population are considered. |
