Beschreibung: В статье указывается на необходимость постоянного повышения профессионального уровня и квалификации судебных экспертов. Отмечено несовершенство перечней родов и видов судебных экспертиз различных ведомств в России, обусловленное отсутствием единой классификации судебных экспертиз. Предложено совершенствование методического обеспечения для экспертов. С целью формирования нормативной правовой базы, с помощью которой будет регулироваться, деятельность негосударственных (частнопрактикующих) судебных экспертов и организаций в Российской Федерации предлагается изучить положительный опыт функционирования негосударственных судебных экспертов в различных странах. The article points to the need for continuous improvement of the professional level and qualifications of forensic experts. The imperfection of the lists of genera and types of forensic examinations of various departments in Russia is noted, due to the lack of a unified classification of forensic examinations. The improvement of methodological support for experts is proposed. In order to form a regulatory legal framework with the help of which the activities of non-state (private practitioners) forensic experts and organizations in the Russian Federation will be regulated, it is proposed to study the positive experience of the functioning of non-state forensic experts in various countries.
