Description: The article presents the results of the study of the structure and content of the personal experience of emotional and value relations of future teachers. The author views the personal experience of such relations of future teachers as a system that combines emotional, cognitive, and conative components. The author presents the position according to which the experience of emotional and value relations determines the essence of the personal component of competences, the achievement of which determines the readiness of future teachers:a) to professional activity, socially significant actions and moral deeds;b) to planning life strategy and professional activity;c) to making optimal decisions in various situations of life and professional choice.The author suggests building the value basis of the objective field of relations in the following logic: nature, the individual, health, labour/profession, other people, the Fatherland, the world as a whole. This approach makes it easier for the future teacher to choose the direction of professional development, socially significant activities and moral behaviour on the basis of the integrative unity of the system ‘nature — man — society’.
В статье представлены результаты исследования структуры и содержания личностного опыта эмоционально-ценностных отношений будущих педагогов. Автор рассматривает личностный опыт эмоционально-ценностных отношений будущих педагогов как систему, объединяющую эмоциональный, когнитивный, конативный компоненты. Автором представлена позиция, согласно которой, опыт эмоционально-ценностных отношений определяет сущностное наполнение личностного компонента компетенций, достижение которого детерминирует готовность будущих педагогов:а) к профессиональной деятельности, социально значимым действиям и нравственным поступкам;б) к планированию жизненной стратегии и профессиональной деятельности;в) к принятию оптимальных решений в различных ситуациях жизненного и профессионального выбора.Автор предлагает выстраивать ценностную основу объективного поля отношений в логике: природа, сама личность, здоровье, труд / профессия, другие люди, Отечество, мир в целом. Такой подход позволяет облегчить будущему педагогу выбор направления профессионального развития, социально значимой деятельности и нравственного поведения на основе интегративного единства системы «природа — человек — общество».
