Popis: В статье представлены актуальные проблемы ИСК, связанные с переориентацией на отечественное конкурентоспособное производство строительных материалов, транспорта, оборудования, а также с кадровыми вопросами. Рассмотрены факторы, влияющие на повышение инновационной активности строительного бизнеса. Выявлены существующие виды поддержки со стороны государства, направленные на стимулирование деятельности по импортозамещению. Проанализирована обеспеченность инновационными строительными материалами. Обозначены возможности российских предприятий по производству машин, оборудования для строительной отрасли. Выявлена необходимость дальнейшего развития технопарков. Рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с кадровой политикой отрасли. The article presents the actual problems of ICC related to the reorientation to domestic competitive production of building materials, transport, equipment, as well as personnel issues. The factors influencing the increase in the innovative activity of the construction business are considered. The existing types of state support aimed at stimulating import substitution activities are identified. The availability of innovative building materials is analyzed. The possibilities of Russian enterprises for the production of machines and equipment for the construction industry are given. The need for further development of technology parks is identified. Issues related to the personnel policy of the industry are considered.

Abstrakt:В статье представлены актуальные проблемы ИСК, связанные с переориентацией на отечественное конкурентоспособное производство строительных материалов, транспорта, оборудования, а также с кадровыми вопросами.
