| Beschreibung: | Maqolada innovatsiyalar va venchur moliyalashtirishni rivojlantirish uchun shart-sharoitlar yaratishda O‘zbekiston hukumatining roli ko‘rib chiqiladi. Texnologik taraqqiyotni rag‘batlantirishga qaratilgan maqsadli ishlab chiqilgan asosiy dastur va tashabbuslar, ularning raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida iqtisodiy muhit va tadbirkorlik faoliyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda mamlakatdagi innovatsiyalarning hozirgi holatidan kelib chiqib, mavjud chora-tadbirlar samaradorligini oshirish va yangi strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan. The article examines the role of the government of Uzbekistan in creating conditions for the development of innovations and venture financing. It analyzes key programs and initiatives specifically designed to stimulate technological progress, their impact on the economic environment and entrepreneurial activity in the context of the digital economy. Based on the current state of the innovation sphere in the country, the study offers recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of existing measures and developing new strategies. В статье рассматривается роль правительства Узбекистана в формировании условий для развития инноваций и венчурного финансирования. Анализируются ключевые программы и инициативы, целенаправленно разработанные для стимулирования технологического прогресса, их влияние на экономическую среду и предпринимательскую активность в контексте цифровой экономики. На основе текущего состояния инновационной сферы в стране, исследование предлагает рекомендации по усилению эффективности существующих мер и разработке новых стратегий. |
