Поддержание боевой готовности вооруженных сил, является одной из ключевых задач органов военного управления любого государства. При этом, ведущая роль в обеспечении безопасности в районе расположения войск и управлении их движением отводится комендантской службе. В тоже время, в настоящее время в Военно-космических силах (ВКС) отсутствует методика технико-экономического обоснования организации комендантской службы для частей и соединений ВКС. Maintaining the combat readiness of the armed forces is one of the key tasks of the military command and control bodies of any state. At the same time, the leading role in ensuring security in the area where troops are located and managing their movement is assigned to the commandant's service. At the same time, at present, the Military Space Forces (VKS) do not have a methodology for a feasibility study for organizing a commandant service for units and formations of the VKS. |
