Description: Рассмотрены общие проблемы мусорных свалок в ведущих странах мира. Определены тренды и направления перемещения отходов. Выявлены интересы субъектов «зеленой экономики», подкрепленные экономической политикой развитых стран. Показана недосказанность в законодательстве в проведении зеленой экономики. Обращено внимание на жесткость некоторых экологических нормативов в России. Рекомендуется применять отечественные эко-инновации, позволяющие уменьшить риски и не отдать бразды управления в последующем переходя к озеленению экономики. Современные экосистемы должны отвечать ее национальным интересам, а не обслуживать «развитые» страны, нанося вред своей природе.The general problems of garbage dumps in the leading countries of the world are considered. Trends and directions of waste movement are determined. The interests of the subjects of the "green economy", supported by the economic policy of developed countries, are identified. The understatement in the legislation in the implementation of the green economy is shown. Attention is drawn to the rigidity of some environmental standards in Russia. The emphasis should be placed on their eco-innovations, which will significantly reduce risks and not weaken the reins of control in the transition to a green economy in Russia. Modern ecosystems should meet its national interests, and not serve the "developed" countries, harming their nature.
