Beschreibung: В статье представлены результаты исследования зарубежного опыта развития организационной структуры таможенных органов. Автором проведен анализ реализации механизмов цифровой и сервисной адаптации на примере создания автоматизированной системы таможенного администрирования, интегрированной в механизм национального единого окна Республики Корея. На примере практики функционирования организационной структуры таможенных администраций Республики Корея и Соединенных Штатов Америки определены основные характеристики эффективной в условиях цифровой и сервисной адаптации организационной структуры. The paper contains the results of a study of foreign experience in the development of the customs authorities’ organizational structure. The author analyzes the implementation of digital and service adaptation mechanisms by the example of creating an automated customs administration system integrated into the mechanism of the national single window of the Republic of Korea. On the example of the practice of functioning of the organizational structure of the customs administrations of the Republic of Korea and the United States of America, the main characteristics of an effective organizational structure in the conditions of digital and service adaptation are determined.

Abstract:В статье представлены результаты исследования зарубежного опыта развития организационной структуры таможенных органов. Автором проведен анализ реализации механизмов цифровой и сервисной адаптации на примере создания автоматизированной системы таможенного администрирования, интегрированной в механизм национального единого окна Республики Корея.
