Beschreibung: Статья посвящена вопросам организации образовательного процесса для детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. С целью выявления существующих проблем и определения современных тенденций в системе образования было проведено социологическое исследование «Социальные проблемы повышения качества образовательной среды для детей с ОВЗ и с инвалидностью в школах Республики Башкортостан». Исследование было направлено на выявление и изучение социальных явлений, существующие в обществе и оказывающие влияние на реализацию образовательного процесса в республике. Особенностью изучения данной темы является то, что дети с ограниченными возможностями здоровья – учащиеся образовательных учреждений имеют психофизиологические отклонения и нуждаются в организации специальных образовательных условий. В результате анкетного пороса родителей/законных представителей детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, обучающихся в общеобразовательных учреждениях республики, были определены проблемы формирования образовательной среды, их объем, актуальность и значимость. В ходе анкетирования респонденты ответили на вопросы о возможных негативных явлениях со стороны руководства образовательных учреждений, оценили характер и актуальность существующих проблем при организации образовательного процесса, определили соответствуют ли рекомендациям психолого-медико-педагогической комиссии специальные условия обучения детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в школе. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о достаточном уровне удовлетворенности респондентами созданными в образовательных учреждениях условиями. Помимо этого, в ходе исследования выявилась такая тенденция (особенность) как недостаточный интерес или вовлеченность родителей/законных представителей в проблемы, условия и характер обучения их детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
The article is devoted to the organization of the educational process for children with disabilities. In order to identify existing problems and determine current trends in the education system, a sociological study “Social problems of improving the quality of the educational environment for children with disabilities in schools of the Republic of Bashkortostan” was conducted. The study was aimed at identifying and studying social phenomena that exist in society and influence the implementation of the educational process in the republic. A peculiarity of the study of this topic is that children with disabilities students of educational institutions have psychophysiological deviations and need special educational conditions. As a result of a questionnaire survey of parents/legal representatives of children with disabilities studying in general educational institutions of the republic, the problems of forming an educational environment, their scope, relevance and significance were identified. During the survey, respondents answered questions about possible negative phenomena on the part of the management of educational institutions, assessed the nature and relevance of existing problems in organizing the educational process, and determined whether the special conditions for teaching children with disabilities at school correspond to the recommendations of the PMPC. The results of the study indicate a sufficient level of satisfaction among respondents with the conditions created in educational institutions. In addition, the study revealed a tendency (feature) such as insufficient interest or involvement of parents/legal representatives in the problems, conditions and nature of education of their children with disabilities.
