Popis: В статье рассмотрены особенности бюджетной политики России на современном этапе, определены внутренние и внешние факторы, оказывающие влияние на приоритеты бюджетной политики, отражены направления ее реализации в современных условиях. Исследуются проблемы бюджетной политики. Подчеркивается, что для лучшего восприятия влияния бюджетной политики необходимо выяснить ее место в финансовом механизме. Предложен подход к оценке приоритетов регионального развития бюджетной политики на основе анализа показателей территориальных бюджетов. Подход апробирован на примере Республики Дагестан, отличающихся по социально-экономическим параметрам. The article considers the features of Russia's budget policy at the present stage, identifies internal and external factors that influence the priorities of the budget policy, reflects the directions of its implementation in modern conditions. The problems of fiscal policy are investigated. It is emphasized that for a better perception of the impact of the budget policy it is necessary to clarify its place in the financial mechanism. The approach to estimation of priorities of regional development of budgetary policy on the basis of analysis of indicators of territorial budgets is offered. The approach is tested on the example of the Republic of Dagestan, which differs in socio-economic parameters.
