| Popis: | In this paper, the classification of sixteen personality types by Isabel Briggs Myers and Catherine Briggs is studied in detail, the author examines the characteristics inherent in each of the representatives of the classification, the positive and negative sides, as well as the features of interaction with each of them. The author places special emphasis on the fact that the test results can be useful for the system of execution of punishment, namely, for effective interaction with convicts and their re-education. The purpose is to determine the characteristics of representatives of the classification of sixteen personality types, to find out what benefits the test results can bring to the work of the UIS. Method or methodology of the work: the article used deductive and inductive research methods, as well as analysis, generalization and synthesis. Results: the results of the work are presented in an abbreviated version of the characteristics of each of the sixteen personality types of the classification and conclusions about the significance of this study for the UIS. Scope of the results: the results of the work can be used to modernize work with convicts and improve the efficiency of work aimed at their correction. В данной работе подробно исследована классификация шестнадцати типов личности Изабель Бриггс Майерс и Кэтрин Бриггс; автором изучены особенности, присущи каждому из представителей классификации, положительные и отрицательные стороны, а также особенности взаимодействия с каждым из них. Особый акцент автор делает на том, что результаты тестирования могут быть полезны для системы исполнения наказания, а именно: для эффективного взаимодействия с осужденными и их перевоспитания. Цель – определить особенности представителей классификации шестнадцати типов личности, выяснить какую пользу результаты тестирования могут приносить для работы УИС. Метод или методология проведения работы: в статье использовались дедуктивные и индуктивные методы исследования, а также анализ, обобщение и синтез. Результаты: результаты работы представлены сокращенной версией характеристики каждого из шестнадцати типов личности классификации и выводами о значимости данного исследования для УИС. Область применения результатов: результаты работы могут быть использованы для модернизации работы с осужденными и повышению эффективности работы, направленной на их исправление. |
