Цель разработки стратегии развития предприятия и отраслей промышленности с течением времени претерпела несколько важных изменений. Она превратилась из простой функции целеполагания в функцию, которая лежит в основе стратегической сферы отраслевой безопасности. Зачастую в научной литературе встречается терминологическая путаница таких слов как цель, стратегия, план, программа, тактика. В этой связи данная статья направлена в том числе и на то, чтобы удовлетворить все теоретические сомнения и любопытство, связанные с этой проблематикой. В исследовании определены и систематизированы по классификационным признакам основные стратегии развития предприятий и отрасли. Предлагается авторская последовательности разработки стратегии развития предприятия с учётом отраслевого фактора. Interest in the development of a strategy for the development of an enterprise and industries is constantly growing. The goal of developing a strategy for the development of an enterprise and industries has undergone several important changes over time. It has evolved from a simple goal-setting function to a function that underlies the strategic area of industry security. Often in the scientific literature there is a terminological confusion of such words as goal, strategy, plan, program, tactics. In this regard, this article is aimed, among other things, at satisfying all theoretical doubts and curiosity associated with this issue. In the study, the main strategies for the development of enterprises and the industry are identified and systematized according to classification criteria. The author's sequence of development of the enterprise development strategy is proposed, taking into account the industry factor. |
