| Description: | In the paper, we consider built-in classes of the Actor Prolog object-oriented logic language that were created for digital signal processing and image analysis. These built-in classes were developed and tested in the framework of a project of automatic diagnosis of delayed cerebral ischemia in patients of the intensive care unit based on the on-line EEG monitoring. The diagnostic procedure includes LSL-protocol-based transmission and real-time processing of video and multichannel EEG signals. In the framework of the project, we developed built-in classes that support the transmission of the video and EEG using LSL protocol, methods for digital signal processing, including spectral analysis methods and wavelet analysis, and neural-network-based data analysis methods. Besides, we implemented methods for statistical data analysis to reveal features of the delayed cerebral ischemia in several-days EEG signals. In the paper, main ideas of developed Actor Prolog built-in classes and their interconnection in the context of the medical problem to be solved are considered. |
