В современном мире повышается роль фактора силы. Данная тенденция обусловлена рядом причин, опирающихся на планы приближения сил ряда государств к границам России, противоречащих нормам международного права, угрожающих сохранению целостности государственных границ России и суверенитета страны. С учетом действий, разворачивающихся на мировой арене, в статье рассматривается специфика функционирования политической элиты в современном мире. Цель статьи заключается в рассмотрении роли политической и военной элит в современном международном процессе, а также их значение как ключевых ресурсов для сохранения безопасности страны. Проводится анализ функционирования политических элит прошлых лет. Выделяются основные общие тенденции в мировой политике. Полученные данные могут быть использованы как основа для дальнейшего исследования. In the modern world, the role of the power factor is increasing. This trend is due to a number of reasons based on the plans of a number of states to approach the borders of Russia, contradicting the norms of international law, threatening the preservation of the integrity of the state borders of Russia, the preservation of the sovereignty of the country. Taking into account the unfolding actions on the world stage, the article examines the specifics of the functioning of the political elite in the modern world. The purpose of the article is to consider the role of political and military elites in the modern international process and as key resources for preserving the country's security. The analysis of the functioning of the political elites of the past years is carried out. The main general trends in world politics are highlighted. |
