Beschreibung: Переход к современному информационному обществу связан с созданием новейших технологий и систем, основанных на развитии сетей доступа к информации, формировании цифрового контента, разработке удобных сервисов для граждан. Цифровые информационные технологии внедряются в различные сферы государственной и общественной жизни, в функционирование бизнеса и деятельность домохозяйств. Среди наиболее важных сфер, в которых информационные технологии играют решающую роль, особое место занимает сфера ЖКХ. В работе анализируется современное состояние информационных технологий, внедренных и используемых в системе ЖКХ города Казани. The transition to a modern information society is associated with the creation of the latest technologies and systems based on the development of information access networks, the formation of digital content, and the development of convenient services for citizens. Digital information technologies are being introduced into various spheres of state and public life, into the functioning of business and household activities. Among the most important areas, in which information technology plays a decisive role, a special place is occupied by the housing and communal services sector. The paper analyzes the current state of information technologies introduced and used in the housing and communal services system of the city of Kazan.
