| Popis: | Охрана репродуктивного здоровья подрастающего поколения является одной из самых значимых проблем в связи с устойчивым ростом различных гинекологических заболеваний, протекающих в том числе бессимптомно, что оказывает существенное влияние на репродуктивный потенциал юного населения. Цель исследования. Выявить распространенность гинекологических патологий среди девочек и девушек Московской области. Материал и методы. Представлен анализ данных гинекологической заболеваемости девочек и девушек Московской области на основании данных Центра охраны репродуктивного здоровья подростков Московской области за 2021 г. Результаты. Анализ распространенности гинекологической заболеваемости девочек и девушек Московской области свидетельствует о том, что среди всех заболеваний репродуктивной системы преобладают (n = 1040): нарушения менструального цикла - 46% (n = 479), а также воспалительные заболевания наружных и внутренних половых органов - 29% (n = 298). Улучшение специализированной гинекологической помощи является основным способом снижения численности заболевания и сохранения репродуктивного здоровья юного населения. Заключение. Основным способом сохранения и улучшения репродуктивного здоровья подростков является своевременное выявление различных патологий с дальнейшим оказанием качественной медицинской помощи, а также предупреждение различных заболеваний посредством просветительской деятельности среди подростков и их родителей. The protection of the reproductive health of the younger generation is one of the most significant problems due to the steady growth of various gynecological diseases, including those that are asymptomatic, which has a significant impact on the reproductive potential of the young population. Purpose of the Study. To reveal the prevalence of gynecological pathologies among girls in the Moscow region. Materials and Methods An analysis of the data on gynecological morbidity of girls and young women in the Moscow Region is presented based on the data of the Reproductive Health Care Centre of Adolescents in the Moscow Region for 2021. Results. An analysis of the prevalence of gynecological morbidity of girls and young women in the Moscow Region indicates that among all diseases of the reproductive system (n = 1040), menstrual disorders - 46% (n = 479), as well as, inflammatory diseases of the external and internal genital organs - 29% (n = 298), predominate. Improvingspecialized gynecological care is the main way to reduce the number of diseases and preserve the reproductive health of the young population. Conclusion. The main way to maintain and improve the reproductive health of adolescents is the timely detection of various pathologies with the further provision of quality medical care, as well as the prevention of various diseases through educational activities among adolescents and their parents. |
