Description: В статье приведено описание опыта использования социологического мониторинга в качестве метода исследования условий и состояния образовательного процесса в вузе МЧС России. Представлены результаты мониторинга проблем, наиболее значимых для обучающихся, а также результаты мониторинга личной удовлетворённости обучающихся: условиями обучения; доступностью информации о деятельности вуза; предоставлением возможности научной деятельности и профессионального развития в вузе. Сравнение удовлетворенности студентов и курсантов-слушателей учебной нагрузкой в Академии с 2019 по 2021 гг. The article describes the experience of using sociological monitoring as a method of studying the conditions and state of the educational process at the University of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. The results of monitoring the problems most significant for students are presented, as well as the results of monitoring the personal satisfaction of students: learning conditions; availability of information about the activities of the university; providing opportunities for scientific activity and professional development at the university. Comparison of satisfaction of students and cadets with the academic load at the Academy from 2019 to 2021.
