| Beschreibung: | The relevance of taking into account political risks in the system of ensuring economic security is increasing against the background of the development of the crisis. In the context of a sharp aggravation of the political situation, the practical activity of analysts in terms of studying political risks is becoming more significant than it was before. The search for solutions to the most important socio-economic problems requires in-depth historical analysis, which affects a wide range of issues of methodology for assessing political risks. The implementation of specific measures to prevent political risks in the oil industry is largely determined by the level of technological development of the industry, the state of sales markets, the nature of intersectoral cooperation, as well as the specifics of the territorial location of production. In the oil sector of the economy, the need to integrate political risk into the enterprise risk management system is of particular importance. Attention is paid to the quality of the study of political risks, the level of elaboration of the most likely scenarios, and the assessment of the nature and scale of the consequences of decisions taken and being made. The relevance of developing special requirements for both the training of specialists in this field and their selection for conducting in-depth analytical research is demonstrated. Актуальность учета политических рисков в системе обеспечения экономической безопасности возрастает на фоне развития кризиса. В условиях резкого обострения политической ситуации, практическая деятельность аналитиков в части исследования политических рисков приобретает более значимый, чем это было ранее, характер. Поиск решений важнейших социально-экономических проблем требует глубокого исторического анализа, который затрагивает широкий спектр вопросов методологии оценки политических рисков. Реализация конкретных мер по предотвращению политических рисков в нефтяной промышленности во многом определяется уровнем технологического развития отрасли, состоянием рынков сбыта, характером межотраслевого сотрудничества, а также спецификой территориального размещения производства. В нефтяном секторе экономики особое значение приобретает необходимость интеграции политического риска в систему управления рисками предприятий. Уделено внимание качеству исследования политических рисков, уровню проработки наиболее вероятных сценариев, оценке характера и масштабов последствий принятых и принимаемых решений. Продемонстрирована актуальность разработки особых требований, предъявляемых как к подготовке специалистов данного профиля, таки к их подбору их для проведения глубоких аналитических исследований. |
