Исследование с помощью поисковой системы Google Scholar показало неоправданный бум постсоветских публикаций об инвестиционной привлекательности различных территорий и объектов, которые в несколько раз превышают количество публикаций из стран дальнего зарубежья. Показано, что наиболее популярным подходом к оценке инвестиционной привлекательности территорий является методика, используемая агентством «Эксперт РА», которая с 2015 года стала сопровождаться «РАЭКС-Аналитика». Он был применен в качестве основы для разработки матрично -графового представления временных переходов инвестиционной привлекательности регионов России из одного состояния в другое в координатах инвестиционный потенциал -инвестиционный риск методики Эксперт РА. Серия формул и графиков таких переходов была подготовлена для регионов пяти федеральных округов Российской Федерации. The study uses Google Scholar search engine to show an unjustified boom of Post-Soviet publications on the investment attractiveness of various territories and objects, which are several times higher than thenumber of publications from non-CIS countries. It is shown that the most popular approach to assessing the investment attractiveness of territories is the method used by the agency «Expert RA», which since 2015 has beenaccompanied by «RAEX-Analytics». It was used as a basis for the development of a matrix-graph representation of the time transitions of investment attractiveness of Russian regions from one state to another in the coordinatesinvestment potential-investment risk of the Expert RA methodology. A series of formulas and graphs of such transitions was prepared for the regions of the five federal districts of the Russian Federation. |
