| Popis: | В статье рассматриваются основы организации комплаенс-системы в страховой деятельности. Выявляются особенности её формирования. Особое внимание уделяется роли комлпаенссистемы в противодействии совершению противоправных операций, связанных со страховым мошенничеством, а также легализацией (отмыванием) доходов, полученных преступным путём и финансирования терроризма. The article discusses the basics of organizing a compliance system in insurance activities. The features of its formation are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the role of the compliance system in countering the commission of illegal transactions related to insurance fraud, as well as the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism. |
