The discrepancy of the provisions of Article 331 of the CPC of Ukraine to the general principles of criminal proceedings, in particular the dispositiveness and adversarial nature of the parties and the relevant provisions proclaimed in art. 129 of the Constitution of Ukraine has been proved. |
