Description: В статье исследуется прогресс развития энергосберегающих технологий. Современные концептуальные подходы к проектированию жилых зданий основаны на том, что от окружающей среды зависит и качество жизни возводимых зданий. Это позволяет утверждать, что развитие архитектуры и строительства происходит с учетом потребностей каждого конкретного человека. Достаточно часто при проектирование энергоэффективных зданий применяются системы получения энергоресурсов с использованием солнечной радиации. Она применяется для организации в жилых домах отопления и горячего водоснабжения, а при необходимом и о количестве солнечная радиация может полностью удовлетворить потребность жителей в той или иной энергии. The article examines the progress in the development of energy-saving technologies. Modern conceptual approaches to the design of residential buildings are based on the fact that the quality of life of thebuildings under construction also depends on the environment. This allows us to assert that the development of architecture and construction takes place taking into account the needs of each individual person. Quite often,when designing energy-efficient buildings, systems for obtaining energy resources using solar radiation are used. It is used to organize heating and hot water supply in residential buildings, and with the necessary and about theamount, solar radiation can fully satisfy the residents' need for one or another energy.
