Beschreibung: В статье раскрывается положение о том, что необходимым условием формирования нового типа экономики является динамичный оборот и трансформация знаний на основе высокой инновационной активности экономических субъектов. В этой связи анализируются показатели инновационной деятельности в России в сравнении с другими странами. Отмечается, что российская экономика существенно отстает от лидеров по уровню и результативности инновационной деятельности, выявляются основные факторы, сдерживающие инновационную активность. Для решения данной проблемы предлагается уделить особое внимание менеджменту знаний, активнее использовать адекватные российским условиям модели управления знаниями. The article reveals the position that a necessary condition for the formation of a new type of economy is a dynamic turnover and transformation of knowledge based on the high innovative activity of economic entities. In this regard, the indicators of innovative activity in Russia are analyzed in comparison with other countries. It is noted that the Russian economy lags significantly behind the leaders in terms of the level and effectiveness of innovation activity, identifies the main factors constraining innovation activity. To solve this problem, it is proposed to pay special attention to knowledge management, to more actively use knowledge management models that are adequate to Russian conditions.
