Проблема снижения коррупции в системе государственной службы в региональных структурах управления в ситуациях обращения граждан в органы власти любого уровня, когда у служащих существует стремление решать общественные вопросы, минуя нормативно-правовые акты, остается особенно актуальной. В этих условиях все большее значение приобретает общественный контроль за государственными служащими, что оказывает влияние на фактор морального контроля чиновников через различные каналы коммуникации в обществе. The problem of reducing corruption in the public service system in regional governance structures in situations of citizens' appeals to authorities of any level, when employees have a desire to solve public issues, by passing regulations, remains especially urgent. In these conditions, the importance of increasing public control over civil servants is becoming increasingly important, which affects the factor of moral control of officials through various channels of communication in society. |
