| Beschreibung: | In modern Russia, the issue of property rights has become relevant after a period of economic and political changes that arose at the end of the 20th century. Russia moved from a command-administrative system to a market economy, which led to the redistribution of property and the formation of market relations. However, despite the implementation of a large number of reforms, problems of property rights still remain an important topic of research. The insufficient level of property protection, the imperfection of the legal system and the inferiority of judicial protection mechanisms are the main problems faced by property owners in Russia. В современной России проблематика права собственности стала актуальной после периода экономических и политических изменений, возникших в конце 20 века. Россия перешла от командно-административной системы к рыночной экономике, что привело к перераспределению собственности и формированию рыночных отношений. Однако, несмотря на осуществление большого количества реформ, проблемы права собственности до сих пор остаются важной темой исследования. Недостаточный уровень защиты собственности, несовершенство правовой системы и неполноценность механизмов судебной защиты являются основными проблемами, с которыми сталкиваются собственники в России. |
