| Popis: | The article is devoted to the study of the mechanism of regulation of investment and construction activities in the energy sector, aimed at ensuring its sustainable development. It is established that sustainable development consists of the stability of the system and its processes, while the stability of the system includes structural, organizational and functional components. Stability is one of the main requirements for cybernetic systems. In this regard, the article presents the formulated basic elements of sustainable development of investment and construction activities in the energy sector, which made it possible on this basis to determine the basic principles of sustainable development in the subject area under consideration. Статья посвящена исследованию механизма регулирования инвестиционно-строительной деятельности в энергетическом секторе, направленного на обеспечение её устойчивого развития. Установлено что устойчивое развитие складывается из устойчивости системы и её процессов, при этом устойчивость системы включает в себя структурно-организационную и функциональную составляющие. Устойчивость является одним из главных требований, предъявляемым к кибернетическим системам. В этой связи в статье приведены сформулированные базовые элементы устойчивого развития инвестиционно-строительной деятельности в энергетическом секторе, что позволило на этой основе определить основные принципы устойчивого развития в рассматриваемой предметной области. |
