Description: Мы живем в цифровом веке: компьютеры, смартфоны, планшеты и т.д. стали неотъемлемой частью нашей повседневной жизни. Где бы находились сейчас бизнес сфера, образовательная сфера, сфера здравоохранения, медиа и т.д. без информационных технологий? В условиях глобализации важнейшей задачей для современных вузов является способность эффективно работать в быстро меняющейся конкурентной образовательной среде. Целью работы является исследование теоретических и методических основ, обеспечивающих эффективное использование современных информационных технологий вузами для повышения качества своей деятельности в условиях нестабильного рынка образовательных услуг. We live in the digital age: computers, smartphones, tablets, etc. become an integral part of our daily lives. Where would the business, education, healthcare, media, etc. be without information technologies? In the context of globalization, the most important task for modern universities is the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing competitive educational sphere. The aim of the study is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations that ensure the effective use of modern information technologies by universities to improve the quality of their activities in an unstable educational services market.
